Professional
We are equipped with a spray booth measuring 18×5×4m, specifically designed for the spray coating of large-scale components. An entrance gate of 4.5×3.5m allows us to process any structures that can pass through the doorway.
Our facility features 5-tonne capacity forklifts and an overhead crane. A spacious maneuvering yard ensures efficient loading and logistics.
Facility
Our facility is designed to deliver high-durability corrosion protection. Thanks to a heated booth equipped with an 81kW oil-fired heating system, we can carry out coating operations even in extreme conditions, with outdoor temperatures as low as -20°C.
We expertly handle a wide range of materials: epoxies, polyurethanes, alkyds, silicone-based paints, ethyl silicates, and fire-retardant coatings – no challenge is too great for us.
Quality Assurance
We utilize specialized coating inspection equipment, allowing us to guarantee the highest standards of service. Upon customer request, we provide comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed coating inspection reports.
For specialized coating projects, we also provide complete photographic documentation of the process.
Application
We utilize Airless and Air-Assisted spray technologies, using professional-grade equipment from industry leaders such as Wagner and Graco.
We apply the following types of coatings:
-
Two-component (2K)
-
Single-component (1K)
-
Water-borne
-
Fire-retardant
We provide:
-
Industrial anti-corrosion protection – C3, C4, and C5 categories
-
Decorative coating – C3 and according to client specifications
-
Coating of small and large-scale components
-
Application of intumescent (fire-retardant) coatings
We serve local businesses as well as clients from across Europe.
Shot Blasting
We operate a shot blasting chamber with the same dimensions as our paint shop: 18×5×4m. This allows us to efficiently clean and prepare even the largest components for the coating process.
Our technological infrastructure includes:
-
High-performance abrasive blasting machine
-
Abrasive media separator
-
37kW Atlas Copco compressor
-
Angular steel grit (sharp-edged)
Blasting media
We work exclusively with a GH40/GH50 steel grit mix, which allows us to achieve surface cleanliness grades of Sa 2½ or Sa 3 (according to ISO 8501-1). We do not use sand or any other abrasives that could generate dust on the components.
After the shot blasting process, all elements are perfectly cleaned. Once blown down with compressed air to remove any remaining particles, they are immediately ready for professional coating in our paint booth.
