Precision Shot Blasting

We offer comprehensive shot blasting services for steel structures, metal components, and other surfaces requiring thorough cleaning before further processing. Our advanced technology and extensive experience allow us to effectively remove rust, mill scale, old paint coatings, and other contaminants, ensuring ideal preparation for painting, galvanizing, or other protective treatments.

We possess a modern technical infrastructure, including a large-scale shot blasting chamber (18×5×4m), which enables us to process non-standard and oversized components. By using high-quality abrasive media, we guarantee excellent coating adhesion and a uniform surface structure.

Why choose our services?

  • ✔ Oversized component blasting – we handle parts that exceed the limits of standard blasting chambers.

  • ✔ Highest quality and process repeatability – precision cleaning through clean, carefully selected abrasive media.

  • ✔ Serving clients from Poland and across the European Union – we handle both recurring production runs and one-off specialized orders.

Effective Surface Preparation

Shot blasting is the most efficient and cost-effective method for preparing components for coating and anti-corrosion protection. This process provides an ideal surface that enhances coating adhesion, extends service life, and guarantees a superior aesthetic finish.

Why Choose Shot Blasting?

✔ Contaminant-Free Surface

Thanks to our modern technology, the abrasive media does not disintegrate during processing. It continuously passes through a specialized cleaning system that removes over 95% of impurities. This ensures that the blasted surface remains perfectly clean, allowing paint coatings to bond more effectively to the substrate.

✔ Enhanced Adhesion via Surface Profile

Angular (sharp-edged) steel grit strikes the surface with high kinetic energy, creating a microscopic “anchor pattern” (micro-craters) that significantly increases the adhesion of paint or zinc. As a result, the coating not only bonds better but also provides much longer-lasting protection against corrosion.

✔ Durable and High-Build Coatings

A surface prepared by shot blasting requires a high-build application, as the entire surface profile must be thoroughly filled. Consequently, the resulting protective layer is thicker, more resilient to mechanical damage, and offers more robust protection against external environmental factors.

PRE-BLASTING REQUIREMENTS

Detailed Guidelines for Component Preparation

To ensure the highest quality and efficiency of the abrasive blasting process, all components must meet specific cleanliness standards.

Surface Contamination Standards All parts must be free from contaminants such as grease, oils, silicones, concrete, asphalt, mud, or salt.

  • Important: Our blasting system contains 3–4 tonnes of abrasive media valued at approximately 20,000 PLN. Introducing greasy or dirty components into the chamber is strictly prohibited as it contaminates the entire batch of abrasive.

  • Washing Service: If components are delivered dirty, they must be cleaned using our high-pressure hot water wash with specialized chemical agents. This service is available at an additional cost of 150 PLN/h.

  • Refusal of Service: In extreme cases of heavy contamination, we reserve the right to refuse the service to protect our equipment and media.

Requirements for Chassis and Heavy Equipment When delivering chassis, trailers, tipper bodies, or other large components, please ensure they are fully stripped.

  • All hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, lamps, reflectors, and glass must be removed prior to delivery.

  • Warning: Anything left on the component that is not specifically protected will be subject to the blasting process, which may lead to irreversible damage.

Selecting the Surface Cleanliness Grade (ISO 8501-1) Before we begin the process, the required cleanliness grade must be clearly specified.

  • We operate according to the PN-ISO 8501-1 standard (e.g., Sa 2, Sa 2.5, Sa 3).

  • The selected grade directly influences both the pricing and the lead time of the project.

  • We guarantee full transparency and precision in achieving the agreed-upon preparation standards.

From Blasting to Coating

Our anti-corrosion system integrates professional surface preparation with high-performance protective coatings. By utilizing paint booths with the exact same dimensions as our blasting chambers (18×5×4m), we ensure total process continuity. Freshly blasted components are immediately moved to the coating phase, preventing surface degradation and providing maximum protection against harsh environmental factors.

We guarantee high-quality execution and strict adherence to deadlines, ensuring your components are fully protected and ready for the most demanding industrial environments.

Our facility is equipped with modern forklifts with 5-tonne and 2.5-tonne lifting capacities, allowing for the swift and safe handling of heavy and oversized loads. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, tailoring our services to meet the unique requirements and individual needs of every client.
